Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://tiasmakeover.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Service Description. This Site describes Makeup Services, Hair Styling, Wedding Makeup, Photoshoot Makeup, Everyday Makeup provided by Tia's Makeover. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Site Content. Content displayed on https://tiasmakeover.com is the property of Tia's Makeover or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

No Warranties. Tia's Makeover disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tia's Makeover's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Tia's Makeover in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Tia's Makeover from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under OH law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in OH for any related dispute.

Term Changes. Tia's Makeover may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
